Vivek Pandey

Vivek Pandey is a member of Sarvada Legal's Competition Law and Dispute Resolution practice, bringing substantial experience across complex competition matters and high-stakes commercial litigation.

In competition law, Vivek advises on the full spectrum of enforcement and merger control matters. He has handled investigations, advisory mandates, and regulatory proceedings before the Competition Commission of India, with deep expertise in market conduct, anticompetitive practices, and sector-specific competition concerns.

On the disputes side, Vivek maintains an active practice before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and a wide range of tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies — including the NCLAT, NCLT, APTEL, CCI, NCDRC, and the Appellate Tribunals under PMLA and FEMA. He has also handled institutional and ad hoc arbitrations and regularly advises clients on arbitration-related litigation before courts.

Beyond his core practice, Vivek advises clients on specialised regulatory matters spanning legal metrology, data privacy, BIS compliance, and allied frameworks.

His practice spans a diverse range of sectors, including technology and digital markets, e-commerce, oil and gas, automobiles, stock exchanges, entertainment, and FMCG, among others.
